2. Recognising Problem Gambling

• Continuing to gamble even after it has caused significant financial, relationship, or health problems.

3. Deposit Limits

Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to ensure that gambling stays within your personal budget. xxgame allows every registered player to configure a maximum deposit amount across three time frames: daily (24-hour rolling window), weekly (7-day rolling window), and monthly (calendar month).

How Deposit Limits Work on xxgame

• Setting a limit: Log in to your xxgame account, navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, and enter your chosen limit for each time period. The limit applies to all deposit methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
• Reducing a limit: Reductions take effect immediately. If you lower your daily limit from ৳5,000 to ৳2,000, the new lower cap applies from the moment you save the change.
• Increasing a limit: For player protection, increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit takes effect. This gives you time to reconsider.
• Hitting your limit: When you reach your limit, the xxgame system will decline any further deposit attempts until the relevant period resets. You will receive a clear on-screen notification and an email confirmation.

We recommend reviewing your deposit limits periodically — particularly after any significant life change such as a change in income, increased financial responsibilities, or a period of heavy gambling activity.

4. Time-Out Feature

A time-out is a short, structured break from gambling. It is designed for players who feel they need to step back temporarily without committing to a long-term self-exclusion. During a time-out your xxgame account is fully suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, place any bets, or access any games.

Available Time-Out Durations

• 24 hours — A single day's break to reset after a losing session or a period of intense play.
• 48 hours — A weekend-length pause to give yourself space to reflect.
• 7 days — A full week away from the platform.
• 30 days — A calendar-month break for players who feel they need a more meaningful reset.

A time-out takes effect within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. Once active, a time-out cannot be lifted early — it runs for its full duration. Any withdrawal requests that were submitted before the time-out are not affected and will be processed as normal.

5. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is for players who recognise that gambling has become a serious problem and want to prevent themselves from accessing xxgame for an extended period. It is a stronger, more permanent measure than a time-out and should be chosen when short-term breaks have not been sufficient to resolve the issue.

Self-Exclusion Options

• 6-month exclusion: Your account is fully locked for a minimum of six calendar months.
• 1-year exclusion: Your account is suspended for twelve months with no early reinstatement.
• Permanent closure: Your account is closed indefinitely. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after a standard verification check.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

• Your account is immediately locked and you cannot log in.
• All marketing and promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications from xxgame are stopped.
• Your details are flagged in our system to prevent re-registration under the same name, date of birth, email address, or mobile number during the exclusion period.
• Any bonus balance is forfeited. Any real-money balance will be returned to you after the exclusion period ends (or immediately upon request for permanent closure).
