1. General Terms

xxgame operates as an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at xxgame.app, providing services to adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and xxgame.

xxgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of xxgame after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between xxgame and players will be conducted in English.

The platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All timestamps displayed within your account — including transaction records, session logs, bet histories, and bonus expiry notices — reflect BST unless otherwise stated.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To register and use xxgame, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an xxgame employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

xxgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals placed on hold pending compliance.

Where xxgame has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If verification confirms the player is a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned (minus any amounts already wagered), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

To access xxgame's full range of services — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and the cashier — you must create a player account via the xxgame Login page. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must not register using false, misleading, or fictitious information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active xxgame account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xxgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any bonus balances. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xxgame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the xxgame support team immediately at [email protected]. xxgame accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment method changes, you must update your profile promptly. xxgame is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

xxgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. xxgame reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your xxgame wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a confirmed transfer. Card deposits and bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. xxgame reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined if KYC verification is incomplete.

4.5 Player Funds

Player funds held in xxgame accounts are kept separate from xxgame's operational funds. xxgame does not use player deposits for operating expenses. In the event of any platform issue, player balances are protected and will be returned in full.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xxgame offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant occasions in Bangladesh.

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

To claim any xxgame promotion, you must opt in via the Promotions page or enter a valid bonus code in the Cashier at the time of deposit, as specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each promotion carries a stated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — or, where specified, the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, which is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent xxgame's bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. xxgame's determination of bonus abuse is final.

6. User Obligations

By using xxgame, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a fair, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxgame platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with xxgame games or betting markets in ways not sanctioned by the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game outcome to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug are void.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sports betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Using xxgame for any money laundering activity or any activity in violation of anti-money laundering (AML) laws applicable in Bangladesh.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xxgame support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access xxgame systems, databases, or source code through any unauthorised means.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the deposited funds for gameplay.

xxgame reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance withholding, and legal action where warranted. Players found to have violated these obligations waive any right to claim outstanding balances.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your xxgame account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by xxgame

xxgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at our sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Discovery that the account belongs to a player under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player under our Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases of closure due to suspected fraud or terms violation, xxgame may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned within fourteen (14) days. Inactive account balances are subject to a monthly inactivity fee after twelve (12) months of no login activity, details of which are available upon request from support.

8. Limitation of Liability

xxgame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xxgame's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xxgame accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect personal information provided by the player that results in failed transactions or communications.
• Losses arising from the player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits xxgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of xxgame shall be submitted first to xxgame's internal disputes resolution process by contacting [email protected]. xxgame will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may seek resolution through applicable legal channels.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.
